The period of training for the award of various postgraduate degrees be as follows:
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) / Master of Surgery (M.S.) :
The period of training for obtaining these degrees shall be three completed years including
the period of examination. Provided that in the case of students having a recognised two
year postgraduate diploma course in the same subject, the period of training, including the
period of examination, shall be two year.
Eligibility criteria:
Candidates should have passed MBBS from a recognized Medical College / University.
Candidates should have completed internship
The candidates should have secured the following cutoff scores in NEET PG

The candidates who have qualified in NEET PG and who want to study in medical colleges of
Andhra Pradesh have to register in Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences through online. Dr.
NTR UHS MD/MS Merit list, Dr. NTR UHS Counseling date and Information Bulletin and other
details can be accessed from Dr. NTR UHS website

- NEET PG –ADMIT CARD.
- NEET PG –SCORE CARD.
- Date of Birth Certificate (X class / SSC or equivalent certificate).
- All marks statements from 1st MBBS to Final MBBS.
- Permanent Medical Registration from the respective State Medical Council.
- Compulsory Rotatory Internship certificate.
- Original Degree Certificate.
- MBBS study certificate.
- Social Status Certificate (Permanent Caste Certificate)
- Provisional or Original certificate of PG Diploma, if applicable.
